Halifax v Bromley FC

Halifax beat 10-man Bromley to climb up to third in the National League table.

Bromley was reduced to 10 men after 30 minutes when Jack Holland was shown a straight red card for bringing down Jamie Allen when clear through on goal.

And Niall Maher capped a nightmare couple of minutes for the visitors as he gave Halifax the lead, firing in from six yards out.

Halifax made the most of their advantage as Devante Rodney doubled the lead three minutes before the break from the edge of the area.

But Bromley rallied in first-half added time when Joe Kizzi headed in from a free-kick.

Bromley battled to find an equaliser in the second half, but Halifax moved up to third after their fourth win in a row.
