The Hayes (Kent) Village Association, founded in 1933 to protect the interests of residents and preserve the amenities, is made up of a group of residents who volunteer to help make Hayes a great place to live! The HVA is most passionate about supporting a number of charities and the hard work they do to achieve their goals.
