HKVA N E W S L E T T E R No. 17: 7 APRIL 2024
Dear reader,

Well, a little light on news this week. Maybe it's because the children are on Easter break. The roads are certainly quieter!
The Mayoral and London Assembly elections will be fast approaching, and we will endeavour to cover them.

An apology from your local councillors concerning their Street Surgery was issued by them as follows "Owing to the pending London Mayoral and Greater London Authority Elections on Thursday 2nd May, it was decided not to hold the Councillors’ street surgery on Saturday 6th April. However, we will be back in Hayes Station Approach on Saturday 4th May between 10 am and 12 noon."

If you use Facebook we have added a poll, 'To gauge local interest, would residents be interested in a public meeting in Hayes with the Met. Police, British Transport Police, Southeastern Rail and Local Councillors? This would be run along the lines of ‘Question Time’ - Local Law & Order.' Thank you.
If you haven't voted please do. It will assist us in taking this initiative forward.
