Welcome to this week's edition of our newsletter.
The local elections were held on Thursday and counting is underway. We will have the results as soon as they're in.
Bromley FC faces one of their biggest challenges in sports on Sunday when they play Solihull Moors at Wembley, and we wish them all the best.
The Big Lunch celebrations are due in June and we have the road closures.
Lidl wants to spread its wings and increase the number of stores they have in south London by 90. Hayes is on the list of possibilities.

Roads across Bromley will be closed to traffic during one weekend in June to make room for street parties.

Lidl plans to open stores in Bromley, Bickley and Lewisham

Lidl has announced plans to open more than 90 stores in south London, including in Bromley, Bickley, Chislehurst, and Biggin Hill.
