Hayes (Kent) Village Association Newsletter

For Our Community

ISSUE 30: 3 August 2024
Dear reader,

Welcome to this week's newsletter.
A little light on local news this week.
Last night saw a real humdinger of a storm and downpour. Locally both Coney Hall, Kingsway and 'The Mad Mile' Adding Road were affected by flooding.
Local councillors were out today assessing the problem and recommending work to be done to correct any issues.

I will be meeting with our councillors tomorrow and a report will appear in next week's newsletter.

Don't forget to 'Spread the News'
