Planning Sub-committee

Planning goes on throughout the year. Each week we check Bromley’s current list of planning applications for Hayes and its adjacent areas, and if necessary letters of objection are sent. The process varies considerably from straightforward to complex and lengthy applications. As well as the numerous drawings and other documents there are reports from consultants, sometimes running to several hundred pages.
